Empowering Faithful Leaders Through the Bachelor of Arts in Ministry

Through biblical, theological, and professional studies, the Bachelor of Arts in Ministry is designed as a continuation of our Certificate and Diploma in Ministry programs. All credits earned in these programs are transferable to the BA in Ministry.

The Bachelor of Arts in Ministry is a 120 hour degree.

A course-by-course evaluation of transfer work is prepared by the SCS Academics Office. If a student is transferring from a college or university accredited by a regional accreditation association, his/her work will be generally accepted if work is equivalent to the course work offered at Stark and satisfactory grades have been earned. Final acceptance of transfer work is subject to the approval of Stark.

General education courses may be taken at:

  • Texas A&M University Corpus Christi
  • Victoria College
  • Del Mar College
  • Coastal Bend College
  • South Texas College
  • The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley
